As a licensed real estate Broker with a degree in Engineering Technology David is the perfect choice for the technical side of any Real Estate business. David also has several years as a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee and worked as a project manager for the Trane Corporation in Nashville. He is well versed on all phases of construction, home inspection and real estate transactions.

     David founded The Referral Network to service the needs of military personnel who had been transferred to different bases in the U.S.A. He developed the search engine and link system that includes real estate professionals from all over the United States. This system was so productive that he also added the ability to search for homes in any city.

    As Networking partners in the real estate business, we are able to service customers from anywhere in the world. By providing excellent real estate service and professional answers to all of their real estate needs. We are currently working on an investment link that will provide the opportunity for investors to network with us and offer their perspective properties to anyone.

     My mission is to develop the tools that will bring our real estate communities together globally and work on a realtor to realtor networking system that surpasses anything available on the world wide web. Customers should have the ability to get to the real estate agents without the bombardment of advertising and false claims of having listings that don't exist.
